About The Position

We are seeking a full-time Activities Leader to assist in planning and implementing resident activities in a skilled nursing facility. As part of an activity team, the Activities Leader will plan and implement person-specific activity programming, including one-to-one interventions and small and large group activities. The role also includes documenting participation and attendance, evaluating residents' activity plans, and completing assessments as indicated by the care plan schedule. The ideal candidate is outgoing, patient, positive, and able to work well with the elderly population.

• Previous activities experience in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
