Activations Sales Agent, Remote
About The Position
Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring an Activations Sales Agent to make outbound calls to guests who purchased a vacation getaway or received two free nights but have not booked their location or dates. The agent uses sales and customer-service skills to help secure arrivals, increase department revenue, and guarantee tour volume for the resorts. The position is remote, but applicants must live within 100 miles of Orlando, Florida. The role requires a persuasive, informative, positive, outgoing, and professional manner, along with quick thinking, strong communication, self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Training lasts six weeks, followed by a schedule primarily covering weekday afternoons and evenings, with two Saturdays per month or as business needs require. Evening availability is required. The position starts December 4, 2026. Pay is $18 per hour for the first 90 days. After 90 days, the hourly rate becomes $15 plus incentives, with yearly earning potential of up to $65,000 or more.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least 12 months of experience in sales, customer service, reservations, hospitality, or equivalent.
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends, to meet business needs.
- Evening availability.
- Must be located within 100 miles of Orlando, Florida.
Responsibilities
