About The Position
We're searching for a full time Cash Application Specialist who will be responsible for accurately posting daily cash receipts, matching customer remittances to payments, researching payment discrepancies, and supporting audit requests. This role works closely with Finance and customers to ensure cash is applied timely and accurately, documentation is maintained, and billing-related tasks are completed in accordance with company procedures.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience
- Associate degree with related business acumen
- Research & analytical skills
- Self-sufficient

- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Intermediate+ knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook/Excel
- Billing experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Post daily Cash Receipts (70%)
- Pull Banking Details
- Pull/Match/Save Customer Remittances
- Send daily cash report
- Cash Application Research (10%)
- Pull / research multiple remits for customer duplicate payments
- Initial contact to customer regarding duplicate payments / remits as needed
- Assist with Audit Requests, Billings, and Other Duties as needed (20%)
- Pull corresponding payment / remits / banking logs
- Billings & Other Duties
