About The Position

Requirements

• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Dependable, accurate, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Prior Accounts Receivable or dealership accounting experience preferred
• CDK software and Excel experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Post and reconcile customer payments, including cash, checks, and credit cards
• Manage and reconcile AR schedules and balances that pertain to the parts warehouse.
• Research and resolve AR discrepancies and chargebacks
• Communicate with business manager and GM regarding receivables on a weekly basis
