Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer-facing sales role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for automobiles and a drive to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a valid driver's license
  • A clean driving record
  • Be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of finance, leasing, and warranty products is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences
  • Showcase and demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits
  • Conduct test drives and provide in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process
  • Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and address any concerns or questions
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes
