Requirements
- Previous sales experience (auto sales preferred, but not required—we train the right person!)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Passion for cars and customer satisfaction
- Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

- Build lasting relationships through exceptional service
- Stay up-to-date on Ford’s latest models, features, and promotions
- Guide buyers through financing and paperwork
- Follow up with leads to maximize sales opportunities
