Requirements

Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Dependable, accurate, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Must be at least 18 years of age
Able to pass a criminal background check
Able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen

Nice To Haves

Prior Accounts Receivable or dealership accounting experience
CDK software and Excel experience

Responsibilities

Post and reconcile customer payments, including cash, checks, and credit cards
Manage and reconcile AR schedules and balances that pertain to the parts warehouse.
Research and resolve AR discrepancies and chargebacks
Communicate with business manager and GM regarding receivables on a weekly basis
Assist with filing at the dealership two days a week
