About The Position

Rise Wellness, a subsidiary of USANA Health Sciences Inc. is seeking an experienced accounts receivable clerk to manage, analyze, and optimize the company’s receivables. This role focuses on accurately applying cash payments received from customers, creating invoices and pursuing collections.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required
• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable-related function
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and multi-task
• Strong attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in Oracle ERP preferred
• Experience in a Manufacturing company a plus

Responsibilities

• Process and post daily accounts receivable transactions, including customer invoices and payments
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and overdue accounts, communicating professionally with customers to resolve payment discrepancies
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Prepare and distribute weekly accounts receivable aging report to stakeholders
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations and audit support
• Identify opportunities to improve accounts receivable processes and contribute to the development of best practices within the department
