Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in NetSuite a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized

Responsibilities

Communicate with Customers for PO/WTN numbers
Enter Invoices in portals for payments
Manage customer accounts, including tracking outstanding balances and ensuring timely payments
Perform follow up procedures on all invoices with customers
Update all job status of closed jobs in Quickbooks
Complete vendor packets
Request/send Insurance documentations and W9 for Customers
Renew all Customer requests and paperwork
Ensure all COI's meet customer requirements
Research and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts
Communicate effectively with customers regarding invoices and payments
Prepare and submit accurate reports on accounts receivable activity
Participate in month-end closing procedures
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with customers
