About The Position

We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Experienced Accounts Payable/Receivable to support our day‑to‑day accounting operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in QuickBooks Desktop, and comfortable managing accurate financial records in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop
• Associate degree in Accounting or Finance + 3–5 years related experience
• Experience in AP/AR, industrial accounting , and audit work
• Multi‑state experience required
• Experience allocating credit card expenses (Construction payroll preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Excel and office software

Nice To Haves

• Inventory/ordering experience a plus
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records
• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Perform general ledger work: journal entries, reconciliations, balance sheets
• Assist management with process improvements and reporting (Preferred)
• Track inventory, handle ordering, and manage vendor communication
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
