About The Position

This position is primarily responsible for computing, classifying, recording, and verifying numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records by performing the following duties.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to five years related experience and/or training ; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of Accounting Software and Microsoft Applications.
  • Good judgement and discretion, ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines and handle work related stress is required.

Responsibilities

  • Invoicing customers
  • Weekly review of delinquent accounts.
  • Manage credit holds in system and release orders.
  • Call customers on past due payments
  • Application of customer payments
  • Initiate ACH to vendors.
  • Other duties as assigned.
