We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Invoicing Clerk to join our Finance team. In this role, you will support daily invoicing activities in a high-volume environment while working closely with internal teams across North America. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.

Requirements

Experience in invoicing, administration, accounting, finance, or other relevant professional or educational backgrounds is considered an asset
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage high transaction volumes and prioritize effectively
Good organizational and time management skills
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX is considered an asset)
Bilingualism (French and English) required to communicate with teams and partners across North America

Responsibilities

Prepare and issue customer invoices based on contracts, purchase orders, or service records
Verify invoice details including pricing, quantities, taxes, and customer information
Ensure invoices are sent in a timely manner according to billing cycles
Maintain accurate records of all invoicing transactions
Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues or discrepancies
Work closely with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Accounting) to resolve invoice-related issues
Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with follow-ups on overdue accounts
Process credit notes, adjustments, and corrections when required
Support month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
