Under general direction of the Director of Financial Services, this position contacts customers with delinquent accounts, initiates appropriate action, resolves customer disputes and maintains computerized records in order to ensure the efficient collection of past due accounts. The Accounts Receivable Clerk/Collections position requires phenomenal communication skills, organizational skills, negotiation skills, extreme attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to create spreadsheets for reporting purposes. This role works with minimal supervision.
