Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Previous Accounting and/or billing experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of, or familiarity with accounts receivable procedures
- Strong Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Manage multiple priorities
Nice To Haves
- One to two years of college coursework in accounting preferred
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to resolve outstanding balances
- Monitor and manage client activity through third-party billing portals
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable records
- Support a variety of accounting and financial operations
