Requirements

0-6 months of AR and Billing Experience.
Must have strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Nice To Haves

Unanet/InFocus experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Exercises good judgement, interpret data, and remains knowledgeable in details of all related policies and procedures.
Searching each financial statement for any payment inconsistencies or errors.
Collaborating with other team members to resolve billing inconsistencies and errors.
Creating invoices and billing materials to be sent directly to a client.
Inputting payment history, upcoming payment information or other financial data into individual account.
Informing clients about any upcoming payment deadlines.
Calculating and tracking various financial statements.
Responsive to Client and other KSE Department needs.
Familiar with all company policies and procedures and verifies implementation and compliance.
