Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Responsibilities

• Share customer billing/job costing duties
• Backup - Deposit checks and any incoming ACH amounts and properly save/store both in the accounting software
• Share - Process lien waivers
• Backup - Send monthly statements via email/mail
• Share - Request and pursue delinquent accounts from the aging report
• Share - Process customer credit card payments
• Share - Assist in coding to correct customer on received commission payments
• Prepare, submit, and timely file monthly Sales/Use tax reports for all applicable states
• Backup - Generate inventory count sheets and post updated counts from warehouse managers
• Performs other duties as assigned.
