About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top sales talent. This individual will work closely with our sales and HR teams to identify hiring needs, source candidates, and streamline the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • 2 years previous experience working in AP.
  • A determined Mindset to Grow and be challenged to be 1% better every day!
  • A willingness to learn the skills for the job.
  • A believe that our system produces results and "buy-in" to a proven system on day 1.
  • Basic Skills in operating computer software and/or phones. We leverage technology to achieve great results. Make sure you can use it. (we will train you)
  • A valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
  • No felonies; a background check will be conducted.

Responsibilities

  • Process invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Review invoices for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and obtain necessary approvals for payment.
  • Maintain vendor files, including W-9 forms, insurance documents and contact information.
  • Prepare and process weekly check runs or electronic payments.
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable and collections activity.
  • Reconcile vendor and supplier statements and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Monitor accounts payable aging and ensure timely payment of invoices to avoid late fees.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities, including preparing accruals and reconciling accounts payable sub-ledger to the general ledger.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with the preparation of 1099 forms at year-end.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to internal controls.
