Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 2-5 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate
• Valid driver's license
• Computer literacy and ability to learn Company software
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Nice To Haves

• Automotive accounting experience preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred

Responsibilities

• Code and process vendor invoices and purchase orders for payment
• Reconcile vendor and manufacturer statements
• Reconcile and process daily deposits
• Analyze multiple expense accounts and prepare monthly reports
• Maintain a professional appearance and a neat work area
