Job Description As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our finance team by handling various accounts payable tasks and ensuring smooth financial operations.

Requirements

Experience in accounts payable, accounting, invoicing, and invoice processing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including V-lookups.
Strong reconciliation, bookkeeping, and payroll skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
High School diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Teams, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Handle daily accounts payable tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Manage the processing of accounts payable invoices and oversee cash disbursements.
Work closely with team members to verify invoices and maintain high standards of customer service.
Identify and resolve unique or complex accounts payable issues.
Support additional accounting duties as needed.
