We’re hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a tight-knit, supportive team in Portland. Requirements

  • 1+ year of Accounts Payable experience
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Basic understanding of general ledger & reconciliations
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working with vendors and internal teams

Nice To Haves

  • Strong Excel and data entry skills
  • Experience with invoice coding and 3-way matching
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • 10-key proficiency and solid business math skills

Responsibilities

  • Process and code invoices accurately in an ERP system
  • Manage vendor relationships via phone and email
  • Perform invoice matching and resolve discrepancies
  • Generate and process weekly payments
  • Review vendor statements and track missing invoices
  • Assist with AP close, reporting, and reconciliations
  • Support 1099 processing and vendor documentation
  • Partner closely with AR, credit, and collections teams
  • Help with filing, scanning, and maintaining organized records
