About The Position
Report to the Corporate Controller and assist other accountants processing and maintaining various accounts. M-F 830am- 5 pm (2-3 days in office required)
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- 2+ years accounts payable experience
Responsibilities
- Review invoices received, distribute for approval and process payments
- Assist and respond to vendors' requests on any payment related issues
- Maintain vendor accounts, reconcile monthly statements and related transactions
- File and maintain accounting documents
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by management.
