Responsibilities

Own the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice coding, processing, payment runs, and vendor maintenance.
Manage vendor relationships by responding to questions, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring invoices are paid accurately and on time.
Reconcile vendor statements and assist with account reconciliations and month-end close.
Identify opportunities to improve AP workflows and increase efficiency.
Support other accounting and office functions as needed in a collaborative team environment.
