Requirements
- Associate’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related accounting role.

Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and verify invoices for accuracy and appropriate approvals.
- Code invoices, set up new vendor accounts, and enter invoice data into the accounting system.
- Resolve discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
- Prepare electronic transfers and payments.
- Perform check runs and ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Reconcile vendor statements and correct any discrepancies.
- Communicate with vendors regarding account status and payment schedules.
- Address and resolve any issues related to invoices and payments with vendors.
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and reconciliations.
- Prepare accounts payable reports and summaries for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts payable.
- Assist in the development and implementation of accounts payable policies and procedures.
