About The Position

Ortho Molecular Products is looking for a diligent, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist. This hourly position is located at our corporate office in Barrington, IL, and is not a remote position. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of personal responsibility to manage vendor relationships and ensure timely payments. The Accounts Payable Specialist will contribute to refining existing processes in a fast-paced accounting department where attention to detail is critical for success.

Requirements

3+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment (preferred)
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, also known as Microsoft Business Central and Microsoft BC
Thorough knowledge of the Accounts Payable business cycle and accounting principles (GAAP)
Ability to work effectively with large amounts of information in an organized, systematic way, with a high level of accuracy
Associates degree in Accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, emphasis in Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational, administrative, time management skills and documentation skills with attention to detail
A positive attitude and the ability to switch tasks easily
Character qualities: orderliness, thoroughness, diligence, initiative and responsibility
