Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional accounting or finance training preferred.
Proven experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, or related finance roles.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Manage the receipt of paper and electronic invoices, organizing them for processing.
Ensure proper documentation and approval have been obtained prior to payment.
Oversee the invoice scanning process, including reviewing and importing invoices into the system.
Match invoices to supporting documentation to ensure accuracy.
Allocate multi-location invoices to the respective plants for proper expense matching.
Manually enter invoices into the system when necessary.
Assist with check runs to facilitate timely payments.
Comply with company policies and procedures related to accounts payable.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management, which may vary depending on location.
