About The Position
Join a fast-paced, tech-driven team managing the full AP cycle, corporate cards, and expenses.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle AP experience
- High-volume processing experience
- Strong Excel + ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused
Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices (200–250/week)
- Manage full-cycle AP, payments, and vendor relationships
- Handle credit cards & expense reports (Ramp/Tipalti)
- Support GL tasks (journal entries, reconciliations)
- Assist with audits, 1099s, and compliance
- Identify process improvements and streamline workflows
