About The Position

The Accounts Payable Specialist Senior processes payments to suppliers, resolving payment problems and working with vendors and internal departments. Assists with training and balancing the workload of the staff. Performs other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in Accounts Payable required
• Knowledge of accounts payable functions
• Able to read, write legibly
• Able to speak in English with professional quality
• Able to use computer, 10 key calculator, printer, and software programs necessary to the position (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Able to operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment required for the position
• Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others
• Able to work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure
• Able to collaborate and accept direction
• Able to communicate effectively in English in person, in writing, and on the telephone
• Able to think critically
