About The Position

W.B. Mason is hiring a full-time Accounts Payable Representative to join their finance team. The Accounts Payable Representative will process invoices, match them to purchase orders, ensure accurate and timely payments, reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and interact with internal teams. Responsibilities also include verifying coding and approvals and building relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless and efficient operations.

Requirements

Current pursuit of an accounting, finance, or business administration degree OR equivalent related work experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
Professional verbal and written communication, customer service, and phone speaking skills
Thrives working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to lift 25 lbs
Ability to physically perform all required duties, including sitting and standing for prolonged periods

Responsibilities

Process invoices
Match invoices to purchase orders
Ensure all payments are accurate and timely
