About The Position

Modesto Toyota is seeking an Accounting & Office Administrator, with experience in the automotive industry. We are seeking a reliable individual to perform both administrative and accounting duties. Our organization spans across 30 auto manufacturer brands at 16 locations throughout the Bay Area. As a family-owned business, our associates work together across stores to ensure that our customers get the right vehicle at a competitive price.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ automotive accounting experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy.
  • Proficiency in computer software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to consistently meet all deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Daily filing duties.
  • Process the store’s daily deposit.
  • Post and process payable and receivable invoices.
  • Audit vendor files for W-9.
  • Reconciliation of all vendor accounts, statements, etc.
  • Review and maintenance of schedules.
  • Process 8300 filings.
  • Complete the end of month count.
  • Performing other duties, when required and as assigned.
