About The Position

Coborn's, Inc. is looking for an Accounts Payable Processor to join their Accounting team at their Support Center in St. Cloud, Minnesota. This role is crucial for ensuring invoices are processed accurately and vendors are paid on time, supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the employee-owned company. Requirements

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Process and post invoices accurately and efficiently using accounting systems.
Review invoices for appropriate account coding and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Reconcile invoice batches by balancing system entries to reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Process weekly Accounts Payable check runs as part of the team's rotating schedule.
Prepare weekly reclassification journal entries.
Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve invoice questions and discrepancies.
Support an efficient, accurate, and customer-focused Accounts Payable process.
