Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage time effectively under deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP systems preferred (Oracle a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Manage Vendor Accounts – Oversee a large volume of vendor accounts, ensuring all payments are processed accurately and in line with company policies.
  • Resolve Discrepancies – Investigate and reconcile invoice or pricing issues, working closely with stores, warehouses, and internal departments.
  • Support Payment Processes – Monitor payment cycles and compliance; handle supplier and credit balances.
  • Build Relationships – Serve as a point of contact for vendors and internal teams, ensuring professional and timely communication.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work with internal staff deductions.
