About the role: CLA is looking to hire a AP Analyst for our Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) practice in Colorado. Our CAAS service helps our clients transform their business with a collaborative approach that allows them to seamlessly mitigate risk, overcome challenges, meet deadlines, and identify personnel to help them with their workforce needs. As an AP Analyst, you will:

Requirements

Three or more years of accounts payable experience.
Technical knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Intacct, Xero, Bill.com, Expensify) and other applicable software preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Associates degree required.
Equivalent work experience may be considered as a degree equivalent.

Responsibilities

Learns to handle multiple clients, software, and chart of accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Processes Accounts Payable, and Cash Disbursements.
Completes Form 1099s.
Interact with engagement teams to meet deadlines.
