About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of the accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
Requirements
- Proficiency in accounts payable and accounting principles.
- Experience with invoicing and reconciliation processes.
- Strong understanding of purchase order and invoice processing.
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with three-way and two-way match processes.
Responsibilities
- Perform three-way match for purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
- Process purchase orders and ensure correct entry into the system.
- Reconcile invoices and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Handle invoice processing with accuracy and attention to detail.
