About The Position

This position works to ensure smooth payment processing through identifying and resolving issues preventing payment and validating previous day’s payments files. This position works with the IT groups on Accounts Payable related system enhancements. Assists the US Tax Team with mailing tax returns. Interaction with various operating groups and vendors to provide payment processing support and issue resolution. Ensures compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX). The Accounts Payable Analyst works with Accounts Payable offshore group to ensure efficient payment processing. In addition, you would need to be a highly motivated self-starter and change agent, with demonstrated ability to work on cross-functional teams, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong process and system focus, ability to manage multiple priorities with conflicting deadlines, with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of related experience
• High proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in finance, accounting or related field

• Leading projects and tasks within the payments "tower" of Accounts Payable (AP)
