You'll gain hands-on exposure to customer invoicing and revenue processes, journal entries and general ledger accounting, month-end close activities, account reconciliations, financial reporting support, ERP systems and manufacturing accounting. You'll work directly with leadership, collaborate across departments, and develop skills that prepare you for future accounting growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- 2-5 years of accounting experience
- Strong Accounts Payable background
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing or distribution industry experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of vendor invoices and payments while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong vendor relationships.
- Partner with Operations and Customer Success teams to help ensure customer invoices are accurate, timely, and complete.
- Assist with monthly and year-end close activities, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and general accounting projects.
- Help strengthen financial controls, improve processes, and contribute to special projects that drive business success.
