About The Position
The AR Accounting Specialist - ENTRY LEVEL position is responsible for preparing monthly AR Client Invoice Billings and Monthly Internal Billing Reports. This role involves a large volume of daily and monthly reconciliations, including follow-up and resolution of any problems concerning outstanding items. The specialist will also perform other accounting-related responsibilities as needed.

- Preparing the monthly AR Client Invoice Billings
- Preparing Monthly Internal Billing Reports
- Responsible for a large volume of daily and monthly reconciliations
- Responsible for follow up and resolving any problems concerning outstanding items on the reconcilements
- Perform other accounting related responsibilities as needed
