The company is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Collections Specialist to join their Workers’ Compensation team. In this role, the specialist will be responsible for managing and collecting past-due premium, audit balances, and deductible receivables. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to resolve issues and support overall financial performance. The person hired for this position will work out of the Lakeland, FL office which offers a hybrid work environment of 4 days in the office and 1 day work from home.
