About The Position

We are seeking a versatile Accountant to manage our core financial cycles and daily business operations. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in maintaining high standards of financial accuracy and operational efficiency. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance OR Associate degree with 3+ years of relevant bookkeeping/operations experience.
1–4 years of experience in accounting
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting ERP.
Solid Excel skills (pivots, lookups, and data organization).
Familiarity with modern tools (e.g., Gusto, Bill.com, Slack).
High integrity, extreme attention to detail, and a "no task is too small" attitude.

Responsibilities

Own Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and vendor management.
Execute semi-monthly payroll and assist with employee benefits administration.
Lead the month-end close process, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
Help prepare quarterly reporting packages.
Manage expense report auditing and ensure all financial records are organized and audit-ready.
Ensure our workspace remains a productive and welcoming environment, managing supplies, vendor relations, and mail.
Support the leadership team with scheduling, team-building events, and internal communications.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary equipment and access to systems.
Act as a "generalist" to help solve daily operational challenges as they arise.
