Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1-3 years of accounting experience (bonus points for hospitality/event experience!)
Confident with Excel + financial systems (ERP experience is a plus)
A solid understanding of GAAP and strong attention to detail
CPA or working toward it is great—but not required

Responsibilities

Prep and analyze monthly financial reports so the team knows what’s really going on
Support budgeting + forecasting that guide big decisions
Help ensure our financial processes stay accurate and compliant
Oversee AP, AR, and general ledger activity
Jump in on audits + help improve how we work
Lead and mentor the accounting team (yes—leadership experience you can grow into!)
