Requirements
- Experience with QuickBooks and data entry
- General knowledge of standard accounting practices
- Strong multitasking skills
- Experience in customer service
Responsibilities
- Complete daily driver ticket reports, post cash receipts, apply payments in QuickBooks, and address discrepancies.
- Enter, audit, verify expenses, and process payments in QuickBooks.
- Handle payment collection and general inquiries via email and phone.
- Scan, file, and maintain accurate records according to company standards.
