About The Position

Connectronics Corp., a U.S. manufacturer of specialized electronic connectors and cable assemblies, is hiring an Accounting Clerk in Toledo, Ohio. The role assists with the organization’s accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting compliance with applicable standards. The position also provides accounting and administrative support as needed.

Requirements

Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
One to three years of relevant experience; manufacturing experience is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with accounting or manufacturing software.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels, including Connectronics Corp. and HEICO senior management.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Flexibility and ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities and workflow.

Relevant experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately.
Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
Reconcile bank accounts on a daily and monthly basis.
Prepare daily commissions reporting and monthly accruals.
Generate and maintain new vendor applications.
Assist with physical inventory and cycle counts.
Help ensure compliance with GAAP and internal finance policies.
Provide accounting support and perform other administrative duties and tasks as required or assigned.
