As an Accounting Administrator, you will be responsible for managing Best Buy Canada’s private label cards account transactional reconciliation to ensure that the receivable with the 3rd party payment service provider is correctly stated. You will work with the 3rd party payment provider, IT, Customer Experience, eComm and stores to ensure each payment variance is investigated and resolved. In addition to that, you will assist with managing the gift card inquires group email mailbox to ensure that all inquiries are logged, investigated and actioned in a timely manner. The successful candidate is needed to be located within the Lower Mainland, BC, where we will practice a remote-first working model, leveraging in-person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.
