About The Position

Inductotherm Corp. is seeking an Accountant for an exciting 100% on-site opportunity in Rancocas, New Jersey, working Monday–Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. This role involves supporting day-to-day transactions, including job costing, cost studies, maintaining financial records, and general costing clerical tasks, with the goal of ensuring smooth Administration and Finance operations.

Requirements

Sound knowledge of financial regulations and principles especially GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) as well as finance/accounting transactions.
Skilled at MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel), especially in making spreadsheets and databases.
Experience working with any Accounting and/or ERP system.
Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
Strong ethics and reliability.
Organizational skills and a keen eye for details.
An analytical mind with problem-solving attitude.
Excellent time management skills.
Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.
Three (3) years of relevant experience.
