We are hiring an Accountant to join our growing electrical contracting business and support several affiliated businesses. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both project-based accounting and managing full monthly accounting cycles across multiple entities. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of accounting processes across a dynamic group of companies while working closely with leadership and project teams. Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple entities and deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability

Nice To Haves

• Experience in accounting and job costing preferred
• Strong Excel and QuickBooks skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage job costing and project financial reporting
• Support project managers with cost tracking and profitability insights
• Handle monthly accounting for multiple affiliated companies
• Perform reconciliations and assist with month-end close
• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
