About The Position

Aon is seeking an Account Specialist for their Toronto office. This role involves supporting Account Executives and Associate Account Executives in managing assigned accounts, coordinating and implementing key processes to serve clients effectively, and undertaking internal activities related to client service processes. The position also requires performing additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth operation and client satisfaction. Requirements

  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Broker’s license required, or must be obtained within 4 months of start date.
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to maintain rapport and open, effective communication with clients and insurers.
  • Capability to perform general account functions, including miscellaneous office duties to support client servicing.
  • Ability to manage open items and respond to client or insurer ad-hoc requests efficiently.
  • Understanding of guidelines and ability to apply available resources.
