About The Position

The Account Sales Executive drives Ascentek’s growth through 100% net-new customer acquisition. This hunter-focused sales role identifies prospects, opens new relationships, and converts opportunities into long-term customers by prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing the full sales process. After a customer is acquired, the Account Sales Executive retains ownership of the high-level strategic relationship while a dedicated Account Manager supports day-to-day account activities. Success is measured by new customers acquired, new revenue generated, and pipeline creation. The role uses CRM tools, data insights, and disciplined prospecting to build a consistent pipeline and deliver predictable growth. It requires curiosity, resilience, persistence, and business acumen to uncover customer challenges and offer value-driven solutions. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, a Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP) bonus, and commission on new business; it is not commission-only. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, and primarily performed remotely, with frequent travel to customer sites, trade shows, and events in the assigned region. Ascentek provides on-the-job training and company-provided phone and computer.
