About The Position

Cuckoo Rental America is seeking an Account Receivables Staff member for a Full-Time or Part-Time position. This role will oversee and manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including billing, collections, and account reconciliation, preferably within a subscription-based business model. The position involves leading the preparation and review of AR aging reports, providing insights and recommendations to management, and developing and continuously improving collections strategies and processes to enhance efficiency, reduce delinquency, and optimize cash flow.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in handling AR aging and significantly reducing past-due accounts
• Prior experience successfully partnering with external collection agencies and interacting with credit bureaus

Nice To Haves

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred but not necessary
• Direct experience working within a rental business model is highly preferred
