Key responsibilities include processing month-end reconciliations, issuing project-based and other customer invoices, receiving and depositing cheques, performing cash applications, and forwarding invoices for approval. The role also entails maintaining company credit card programs, issuing new Amex cards for travel, and obtaining certificates of insurance. Project execution requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork, and adherence to company policies and ethical standards. Travel is expected to be less than 5%.
