Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Nice To Haves
- degree in Finance or Accounting is a plus

Responsibilities
- Process incoming invoices and ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assist with payment processing and reconciliation tasks
- Review and verify accounting documents and reports
- Coordinate with vendors regarding payment inquiries
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions
- Support month-end closing activities
- Assist with audits and other financial reviews
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes
