About The Position

The Account Manager owns campaign execution for assigned brand partners, from insertion order signature through campaign setup, activation, wrap-up, and billing. The role partners with sales and brand teams to understand marketing objectives and translate them into retail media strategies. It coordinates internal teams—including planning, media buying, measurement, creative, and monetization—and external partners to shape and implement effective campaigns as needs evolve. The Account Manager maintains accurate campaign and account documentation, manages advertiser onboarding, assets, timelines, workflows, and approvals, and hands campaign details and assets to the media activation team. The role also performs pre-launch quality checks, communicates campaign progress, interprets performance against KPIs, and partners with planning and measurement teams on post-campaign reporting and recommendations. It coordinates with brand partners and finance to address billing and reconciliation issues and provide pacing and delivery updates. The role also supports account strategy, relationships, and growth for the retail media network. This includes contributing campaign learnings and brand insights to annual planning, leading recurring campaign status reviews, building trust with key brand stakeholders, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, helping meet financial targets, and improving operating processes with internal stakeholders.
